Shipping & Returns

All products purchased from our online store are made to order. We will deliver your purchases within 3-7 working days of the funds clearing in our account unless otherwise stipulated. You will be notified via e-mail of the delivery timeframe. 

Should an item be delayed for any reason beyond our control, you will be contact by our team as early as possible to avoid
any inconvenience.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Free Delivery on purchases over R500. Standard delivery nationwide - R90.00.

Returns will be for your account unless the product has been damaged. Please see our returns policy.

DELIVERY AREAS

THE PERFUME COMPANY only delivers to addresses in South Africa. We currently do not deliver to farms and rural areas. However, if you live on a farm or in a rural area, please feel free to contact us at info@ThePerfumeCompany.co.za to
make alternative delivery or collection arrangements should you wish to purchase from us.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact number at which the goods can be accepted
for delivery on weekdays during normal working hours of 8am to 5pm. THE PERFUME COMPANY does not accept responsibility for failed delivery due to unavailability to sign for and accept delivery.

If there is no-one to take receipt of the delivery on the first attempt, we will endeavour to contact you telephonically or by email to make delivery. The courier company will attempt to make the delivery twice more. If there is still no-one to accept delivery, the goods will be returned to THE PERFUME COMPANY and a refund of the purchase price of goods purchased excluding delivery charges (if any) will be processed. Should you request another delivery rather than a refund, this will be at your own cost.

Returns policy

We hope that you will be happy with your fragrances but if you are not, you may return any item within 7 days of receipt at your cost, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. However if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them, as long as you provide photographs of the damages.
